Meet our Founder
LaCresha Naylor is the founder of CJ Senior Living and Callie Jessica Healthcare Services LLC. With a background in healthcare and senior care services, she is passionate about creating compassionate, safe, and supportive environments where aging adults can maintain dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
Her experience working in long-term care and rehabilitation settings has provided firsthand insight into the importance of personalized care, strong family communication, and respectful support for seniors. Inspired by a desire to provide a more home-like and compassionate approach to assisted living, LaCresha founded CJ Senior Living with a vision centered on trust, comfort, and individualized attention.
